Ok, so all of the above sounds great to me except that I can't find a copy of the book. I've checked with Costco, Barnes & Noble, and Borders and no one has a copy in stock. I will order one but I probably won't have it until later in the week (I hope!) "So, I'll catch up when I catch up," she said with relish as she mustered up all of her courage to be different from the rest. Paula

This might be a problem for Natalie too. I would be fine with waiting until you and Natalie get your copies before we start discussing the book online but some people who I won't name (Larry and Ed) seem eager to get started (shall we say they might even seem a bit impatient?) so I'll defer to them. I ordered a used copy through Amazon but it hasn't arrived yet. I have a library copy although I've already renewed it once so it has to go back soon. Maybe if I get really energetic I'll type out the first three chapters and post them here on the blog. That's supposed to be a joke...but you never know.
